Yes, these scanners were only SCSI. And I'm not even sure you can get it
working with a standard SCSI board in your PC. You are probably 'locked' to
the SCSI board that came with the scanner. In those days that wasn't
unusual - even HP delivered scanners with proprietary SCSI boards.
