Hi all,

You've probably heard this before, but I was wondering if anyone can share
any similar experiences with me..

The situation is, I was sent a parcel via City Link (not my choice of
courier, but there you go..) Tuesday 30th October, by Next Day Delivery,
so
it should have arrived Wednesday 31st October.

Today (Tuesday 4th November) I contact them to see where it is, and they
say
it's been signed for on the 31st. That definately didn't happen. (also
it's
a big package so I'd know about it!)

They say contact the sender of the item, which I just have done, and am
waiting for a reply.

There is really no way the sender scammed me, as he gave me the tracking
number for the package, and is a very known and respected trader (2000+
ratings on ebay, has his own business).

Will City Link argue to the death that it's been signed for by someone
from
my house? Or, do you think this will be easily sorted out?

Thank goodness I didn't order this item later on, it's for a birthday
present on 20th December...


Track it here and get a POD - this is what the depot sees - if there is not
yet a scan of the signature there should at least be the surname of the
person who signed for it.
