I'd like to upgrade my processor in my Presario 5423US.It has a 1.6 P4 at
400mhz.Compaq support gives you the standard"consult local service
center"nonsense.The most common answer is that it will support at least a
2.0,but which version,there are many models to choose from,even if you
narrow it down to 400mhz models.
