It is not just Mike - SMH has a pathological obsessive hatred of
Roxio and their products. He was offensive to the point of obscenity
at two Roxio people who used to post and help here - when they gave
up, he transferred his diatribes to anyone he saw as in any way an
apologist for Roxio, and Mike in particular.

Whatever happened to the charge of "libels"?

It seems sad that an official representative of Roxio should make
such a comment. It was totally unwarranted and aggressive.

Any tech support person should be used to "spoon feeding" and
should not make an issue of a customer's knowledge (or lack of it).

According to another Roxio shill that posts here, Adrian is not tech
support, but marketing. Really knows how to create a corporate image,
huh?

Technically he is. But whenever somebody brings up woefull,
non-existent tech support, these cRoxio-Acraptec Goon Squad jump on you
saying what a wonderful tech support he provides.

( Nobody, it seems, to understand that cRoxio-Acraptec created the POS
in the first place, requiring much help, and that they do not provide
adequate help thru proper channels. )

They further add that no other software companies come to these NGs to
help out. (This is like you stab somebody and then getting kudos for
bandaging the person.)

But then whenever somebody brings up no help is forthcoming from him,
then the same cRoxio-Acraptec Goon Squad jump on you saying he's nothing
but a marketing, doing beyond his call of duty, getting yet more kudos.

Also, when somebody points out that he spams, then the Goon Squad
immediately jump on the person saying for all the things he
"contributes" a little shenanigans should be tolerated or even
permitted.
