Try this: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win

You can go back to version 6.0 from that directory. Earlier versions also
exist elsewhere on the Adobe FTP server (which I'm impressed to see is still
running, publicly available and up to date--at least as far as Reader is
concerned) if you want those.
