If I recall, 9.9.9.9 will only return NXDOMAIN on blocked DNS entries,
so you have to way to "continuing" to the website.

I use this to get an option to keep going:
199.85.126.10 = Norton ConnectSafe5 public dns server
199.85.127.10 = Norton ConnectSafe5 public dns server
