I bought the above card. I am running an Nvidia 16MB TNT2 in my AGP
slot for my main monitor and got the ATI PCI for my 2ndary monitor and
for the TV-Out ability.

After a few angry hours of trying to locate/install the drivers I got
it working and it works great for the 2nd monitor.

Problems lie in outputting to the TV. I can't seem to configure the
full screen image to fit to the TV screen. If I bring the resoluton
too low, the images is clipped. If I set it too high, it is set off
smaller, to the upper left corner and off the edge of the screen.
Adjusting the 'centering' and dimensions in the ATI control panel
won't go far enough to bring the image within the tv screen
dimensions.

Am I just not understanding how to configure this OR have I just
bought a completely useless card, considering the main appealing
feature was to be able to watch DVDs and play PC games on the TV.

Should I make the ATI the Primary card/monitor? (does that matter?)

I'm running W98se, 900mhzAMD.
The connection is s-video out to rca/line adaptor to vcr line in.( if
that matters)

Did I mention ATI's website has a really lame online support/customer
service system?

Did I mention I don't really know what I'm doing?

Any info/advice is greatly appreciated!!!!!!
