Default Win10 ISO on archive.org??

My partner has a old HP PC, that was originally sold with Win7. It is

Microsoft downloads only vomits forth the latest version for punters.
If one searches for ISO of older builds, you get lots of dodgy scumware
sites. But curiously, this also turned up:

Would this be just as dubious as the other foul links?

Use the Heidoc URL generator.

You can get any release version of Windows 10 you want.
The URL created, will point to a Microsoft server.
The program has a "Copy URL" button when you've made
your selection. (There shouldn't be any throttling or
monkey business for Windows 10 downloads.)

This is an example of how many Windows 10 releases
you might see. I labeled a few with release numbers.

It goes all the way back to 10240 (original RTM release).
