Manufactureres should get a conscience.
I agree with you, Jim. Some manufacturers might do better to use their
conscience before using the general public as a quality control dept.
I don't know if I mentioned it or not, but all (all) of the Microscan 5900's at
the store, including the one I bought, were marked "purchased and returned."
Compare this with none (zero) of the HP's, and few of other brands. I should
have picked up on this and avoided the problems that others evidently had
before me.
