Just to cut this spammer off, you can handle all that sort of
printing easily yourself. Just buy FINEPRINT, available at
fineprint.com. You can download a demo version that will add an
identification line to the output. This runs on Windows. I
believe there are Linux equivalents, but I don't know about them.

Fineprint is also very useful as a general print mechanism. You
can edit the output before it prints, i.e. delete pages, etc.
