If that's overclockers.uk, then it's a very different experience from mine.
So far, they've been the best supplier I've come across.
And I don't even work for them.

In my last (and ultimately final) encounter with them they took 3 months

to
'action' (their words) the refund for a damaged-on-arrival heatsink and

then
a further 6 weeks to refund the return postage costs.
