After installing a videocard Miro DC30+ and cleaning the vans from
dust the workstation will not turn on.
Card removed, all cables and connectors checked, the Power LED blinks
orange once every 2 seconds. 5V Aux LED on system board is on, but fan
doesn't spin.

Any help? Thanks in advance!
