Have you tried contacting Toshiba?

The only "aftermarket" replacement parts for laptops that I've ever
seen are batteries (nonstandard), and hard drives (sort of standard).

If you need something for a specific model, you'd have to either get
it through Toshiba, or hunt down a dead one that's identical (or at
least close enough) through ebay or something similar to rip apart.
