Find someone in the US willing to take them and take care of the lawsuit.
These are dead anyhow so if you can't warranty them let someone who can
screw Fujitsu have them.

Don't know if anyone has this HDD, but if so, you might be interested

this:
The proposed settlement resolves claims made on behalf of certain
individuals
and entities residing, domiciled or located in the United States, who
acquired
or purchased in the United States for their own use and not for
resale,
any
Fujitsu brand PB-15H hard disk drives (also referred to as the
MPF3xxx-AH
series of hard disk drives) and PB-16 hard disk drives (also referred
to
as the
MPG3xxx series of hard disk drives), including all Fujitsu brand hard
disk
drive models bearing a model number composed of or starting with the
sequence
of MPF3102AH, MPF3153AH, MPF3204AH, MPG3102, MPG3153, MPT3204,
MPG3307,
or
MPG3409, which may be followed by alphabetical character(s). The hard
disk
drives were sold in the United States beginning in 2000.
The lawsuit asserts that these certain Fijitsu brand hard disk drives
contain a
defective computer chip and a bug in the controller firmware which
results
in
the failure of the hard disk drives at unacceptably high rates and/or
problems
with data integrity. The Defendants in the lawsuit deny these claims.

And yes, I've got 9 of them! But unfortunately I'm in UK not US.
Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope yours don't crash and burn.
I should have stated 9 dead ones!
