Please explain to the audience here how willful copyright violation
is ok? As, you know from previous experience that you don't have my
permission to post my video anyplace. It was already removed from

because you've been found out as the stalker you are, but, you'll
just have to learn to live with it.

Sure

"Fair use is a doctrine in the law of the United States that permits
limited use of copyrighted material without having to first acquire
permission from the copyright holder. Fair use is one of the limitations
to copyright intended to balance the interests of copyright holders with
the public interest in the wider distribution and use of creative works
by allowing as a defense to copyright infringement claims certain
limited uses that might otherwise be considered infringement."

what you are doing is in no way fair use.

Spell it out: Fair use includes only these and similar uses:

a) "Personal/private use", ie, no distribution, commercial or otherwise.

flat out false.

b) Excerpts may be used for illustration in a review article or other
public comment;
c) An element used in a "substantially new" artwork. AFAIK, this use
grew out of litigation, but has limited application, especially in
music. Most publishers these days are careful to acquire rights to quote
from copyrighted works, even when used in fictional dialogue (for example);
d) Background in a photo of some other subject;

that depends on how much of it is in the background and how it's used.

e) Parody and satire, which may quote from the parodied or satirised
subject;
f) Excerpts in tests and exams as subjects of student analysis/comment/etc.
g) Er, AFAIK, that's it.

no, that's not it.

this is it:

Footnote: Some of these uses are subject to some local jurisdictions'
further regulation. The USA is AFAIK the only jurisdiction that
guarantees copyright protections in it Constitution. Basic copyright
protections, including exceptions for "fair use", are subject to
international agreements.

In Canada and other jurisdictions, mere publication is enough to
establish a claim to copyright, but registration with relevant bodies is
a wise precaution.
