You clearly don't understand what fair use is. and, you're lying
again. I posted a url to a video on my own domain. I never released
copyright over said videos or photos. And, you've been specifically
told that you do not, at any time, have permission to retain copies,
and or distribute ANY of my copyrighted work as is.

If fair use applied David, at any point, you would have been able to
prevent my legally removing your previous unauthorized copies from
youtube, googledrive, etc.

You're lying again, David. I wrote nor implied anything of the sort.
I simply stated that the file was provided to you in an encrypted
state. You at the time, assumed it was some simplelistic level crypt
and tried to have various people, including a very special person
with malwarebytes unlock that file for you. They all failed to do so.

I'm sure folk would just LOVE to hear that you DON'T have a lisp.

willing to provide it, complete with full headers, I'd be willing to
give you the password to that .zip file. The contents I know you want
so badly (don't lie, you know you want it, you've asked every tom
dick and harry I can think of for a good copy of it) are inside of
it, just like I've told you, all along. Not only will you get what
you want, you can hear for yourself, that I don't have any lisp; and
you can then apologize for having made that false statement about me
