Microsoft's (free) WinDiff does a bit-level compare of files in any
designated drives or directories. I know of no tool for comparing at

Is FILE compare the same as DISC compare?

Why don't you introduce yourself more properly what an authority you are
on CDR matters? Why, you are such an authority that you even points out
a supposed conflicts with references in CD-R FAQ !!!
