Microsoft's (free) WinDiff does a bit-level compare of files in any
designated drives or directories. I know of no tool for comparing at
lower level, e.g., to cover protection schemes or to access files under

Is FILE compare the same as DISC compare?

Why don't you introduce yourself more properly what an authority you are
