There is a possibility that the floppy is on the Master CD. Look for a
folder called FLOPPY on the CD. If it is there, thoes are the files you
need on the boot floppy.

If you still can't find it, post the version of the Master CD you have,
and
someone should be able to email you the boot flopyy.
