What to do with extra cartridges?

This printer has a permanent printhead which the user CAN replace if needed
unlike an Epson.
I think you should just buy what cartridges are needed.
The HP value pack with paper is not such a sweet...

Need guidance - multifunction printers

With a MAC you have the option to use Airport Express that will make them
wireless.
If you need speed go with the MP830 if not the MP530 has a better scanner

HP paper that is not the new advanced paper will take a long time to dry.It
will also smudge even when dry.
