New Card for FSX

I have a PNY 9800GT 1024. Is this a good card for FSX?

I still have difficulty with frame rates and the game locking up. I
upgraded from a 6800 OEM.

Thanks

4 GB memory on standard Vista

I have Windows XP Pro SP3 with 4GB memory. If you open Task Manager, and
look at Physical Memory it says 3668060, which is pretty close to 4GB.
