300 watt power supply enough??

You could very well damage the video card AND many of the other components
in your system due to the unstable voltages that would result from
overstraining your PSU. Not a good idea, as they told...

PCI Advice Needed

PCI cards (Not PCI-E) are too underpowered to play Oblivion well, regardless
of their low price. You need at least an AGP card, and really a PCI-E to
see the eye candy graphics.

Whenever you change the motherboard that a harddrive with the OS on it has
been used with, then you MUST Reformat the harddrive and do a fresh install
of the OS after the new motherboard is...
