If you got it from Dell then Dell has to support it. Call tech support or do
an on-line chat. The on-line is better in my opinion.

Dell didn't offer Blu-ray in the 1521.
They don't list your drive in the DVD/CD driver list download page for the
1525.
Did you buy the drive from Dell?
Why should Dell provide a driver for it?

You are getting the licenses and media for two operating systems, XP and
Vista. Dell was charging more for Vista Business and Ultimate than for XP
Home or XP Pro.

OK, it is the fan itself. You can replace it but you gotta take the power
supply partway out to open it up. Get it fixed under warranty.
Some of us had the fan not noisy buit running at full...
