Any Ideas?

Swap the ports on video card to determinate card or monitor problem. If you
can reproduce this on the other monitor, than RMA the card.

Battery type and location on Asus P4C800-E Deluxe?

The battery is in upper right corner of your motherboard. You couldn't see
it! Perhaps you need to see the eye doctor. It is regular motherboard type 3
Volts battery model CR2032.
