Buying DDR2 memory help

Hi, I have been using 2gig of DDR2 for the last few years but now the pc
game Civilization 5 needs some more ram. Here is what my computer is:

Mobo = Gigabyte X48-DS5-F5 ~ FSB = 1600 ~ it supports...

Cat 5e Lan cable or Cat 6 lan cable?

Hi, I have a faster ADSL 2 connection now and wonder should I use a CAT 5e
cable or the newer CAT 6 cable?

Would there be much noticable difference in the CAT 6 cable? I have done a
google search...

if the jumper is "in" the jumper block and without the jumper it is for "3
Gb/s operation"
