What do I need to know to get all of the computer hardware components
to work together?

In other words will this work?:

Lucky for you!

Can't see there being any problems with the setup you have specified.
Are you planning on overclocking this rig? If so it's unlikely a 350W
generic psu will be up to scratch. Also you'll most likely need to mod
the case so that it will accept a 120mm fan.

If you're not planning on overclocking then I'd ditch the water cooling,
downspec the memory to standard ddr3200
