That's even worse than incompetence. The Geek Squad needs a visit from the CA
Attorney General's office for knowingly damaging a computer to sell a new one.
If there is even 90% truth to the story, that's plain fraud.

I hope that the person doing the posting to the web site knows that a drive can
often be brought alive again by substituting the circuit board from another
drive that is the same EXACT model... Ben Myers
