533Mhs Intel Proc on I845D With DDR 333

I have a motherbord Asrock with I845D chipset Made for a 400Mhs P4it's
suppose to work fine with 533 Mhs Intel proce by pushing de frequence of the
bus.
this motherbord work with memory DDR 266 & 200
Would it be a problème if I use DDR 333 With 533 Mhz Intel
