Blocked Hyper-Threading

I have blocked Hyper-Threading! Please help! (HP Compaq nx9010; Mobile
Pentium 4 3,06GHZ HT; ATI IGP 345M; DDR 333) BIOS isn't have option to
enable/disable Hyper-Threading.
