Hi i have a Compaq presario 5000 series 5BW154. My CPU now is
Intel Celeron, 800 MHz soket 370 and i want to know with what tipe of processor i could replace it or how to overclock it. one friend tel me that i could use Intel pentium 4 2.4ghz Can you help me Please !!!!!!!!!!!!!

You won't be able to overclock an old Compaq machine, or any machine from
a major manufacturer, the BIOS won't support it. If you want to overclock
then you will need to buy a motherboard that has overclocking support.

As for your current box, don't put a penny into it. Anything reasonably
modern will be faster than that.
