Install Nero Express only?
 

Is there a way to install Express only, without installing
all the other stuff that comes with Nero 7 Ultra?

There does not seemed to be a way as there is no separate Express
install. Express is automatically installed as a part of Nero install.
Check out shareware download sites for Nero Express and then use your
license key.
