Proving once again that unix/linux/open source is a danger to
anyone who uses it.

The moment they say that USB access is necessary to take advantage of an
exploit, I tune out. They had a similar vulnerability in the Linux kernel
during the week, but it's already resolved in 4.13.8 and I'm running
4.13.12.

Such vulnerabilities are too insignificant to worry about but do
demonstrate that just about anything is insecure nowadays.

I use linux and open source software daily. I have no issues.
Perhaps you should try something besides Apple products.
