Assembling Fully redundant HA Server for Telecom applications.

Hi Guys,
I have following requirements for my server. Can you, the beutiful
minds, help me out in assembling this server?

I already have following hardware :

Intel Pentium dual core 2.0 GHz processors ( two )
Patriot 2GB, 800MHz DDR2 RAM ( four )

I am looking for:
Motherboard
Chassis
HDD
NIC ( if needed )

I intends to use this server in carrier network as an Application
Server. It should be cheap, HA and fast.I want to have two server
boards in single chassis( preferabily).Under the circumstance where
one borad fails other should be able to process the incoming traffic.I
wish to use this server for telecom related applications.

As such I liked Intel's S3000PT boards as they have small FF and can
be housed in single chassis. But unfortunately they doesn't support
800MHz memory. I presume that will impact the processing power of the
server.

It will be nice to have:
A motherboard that support DDR2 and DDR3 combo memory.

I am not brand conscious so I am open for hardware from any vendor.
But, local availability is a prime concern. e.g. evercase has the
chassis for the S3000PT server board from Intel but evercase doesn't
supply in India. This server is not going to run graphic/media.Only the
processing power is of prime concern.FF is secondary.

Your prompt response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
Vijay
