advice on new m/b

Hi all,
I need advice on a new motherboard to replace my ageing asus a7v133. I have
four hdds fitted (not raid) and cd rewriter.
Also 4 usb devices plus LAN card and firewire.
Is there anything available that can match my requirements
amd or Pentium.
thanks Peter

No motherboard will meet those requirements. But add about thirty bucks to
it, and it's a done deal. -Dave
