Questions about hardware..
ok, now i have some questions...
1) can you put an ATX mobo in an AT case? and if so how would u do it. 2)how do you connect 2 computers to be on the web together? 3)ok thats all for now thank you for looking!! |
I tried to do the same thing about a year ago. The only conclusion i came to
was either creating a new back plate or cutting a large hole in the back of the case. Gave up in the end, tried to sell the case on ebay to no avail, lol. If you know how to weld you could possibly do it, other wise get a new case, their pretty resonable nowadays hope that helped "cronikl3" wrote in message ... ok, now i have some questions... 1) can you put an ATX mobo in an AT case? and if so how would u do it. 2)how do you connect 2 computers to be on the web together? 3)ok thats all for now thank you for looking!! |

No; they are incompatible designs.
You use a 4-port router. -- DaveW "cronikl3" wrote in message ... ok, now i have some questions... 1) can you put an ATX mobo in an AT case? and if so how would u do it. 2)how do you connect 2 computers to be on the web together? 3)ok thats all for now thank you for looking!! |

The ports on the back do not match and the power supply is differant. 2 HOw are you connected to the internet ? If cable or dsl then plug a router between the modem and the two computers. |
