Looking for function in IPP
 

I'm just looking through Intel Performance Primitives for a function to
transform every element in a large float array by multiplying by a
factor and adding a constant.
i.e. result = x * f + c
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Alternatively I would appreciate some tips on writing this function
using SSE (single precision is fine). Thank you
