is there a way to make a working fully burned cd-rom, not working.
 
i want to damage a working full cd-rom damaged via utilities not
physically like breaking or putting into water. when you look to it
you shouldnt understand if it is working or not

What type of cd-rom --- commercially stamped or burned?
For the latter, expose the media side to bright sunlight.

outside physical effects

maybe if i can show the disc as a cd-rw (dont know if it is
possible) and then erease it in nero.

I once wrecked a disc by mixing files from different OS, It was a disc
with files created on win 98 and I burned some family pohotos onto it
in xp, et voila, disc knackered

well I just did a search and basically if it's a closed disc the only
suggestions are physical
