Cheapest place to buy motherboard/cpu combo?

Where is the best place to get a good deal on a motherboard/CPU combo? I'm
looking at building a high end P4 PC.

http://www.Pricewatch.com has that answer. But make sure to check the
sites rating at http://www.resellerratings.com/
I always see how much more the item is at:
http://www.mwave.com
http://www.newegg.com
Even if it's $10-$20 more I get it from one of those two. I don't want
to spend months dicking around trying to return junk to bad sellers.

When your PC gives a little they give a lot.
