No RPM given?
Looking at this model of Seagate 4TB drive, the ST4000DM005, and I can't
find the RPM for it anywhere. Is this a new thing with drive manufacturers, not revealing the drive speed? http://www.seagate.com/www-content/p...100804656b.pdf |

I think it's a relatively new thing with Seagate for their "Desktop" and "BarraCuda" models. BUT many, many years ago the reviewer of a then-new model of Rolls-Royce car lamented that they had not published a horsepower rating, and when he had called or written to ask, the reply was: "Adequate."
