Hi,

bought brand new 2-port super mini desktop kvm switch ukv-m02. First time.
read the instructions which ask to plug in the kvm switch first then boot
up. Did like that then no picture comes on. The pc boots up well but no
picture. Only when disconnected kvm and plugged in monitor directly does
screen work!

help

sounds like RMA time :/

Time to call the place you ordered the item and ask for a return
material authorization (RMA). Jeremy is implying that the unit must
be defective...and it sounds like a reasonably implication.

You have cables going from PC to KVM and KVM to the monitor I assume,
right?
