can anyone give me a rough idea how fast these different cards are compared to eachother. i want to replace my gf2 mx400. what sort of difference would i get from a gf4 or something better? cheers

I have geforce2. The TV was working fine. Now, on my TV screen, I only see the desktop background with no icons and can't see any of the windows seen on the monitor. I reinstalled video card and nvidia drivers with the tv on and off without desired result. Any suggestions. Thanks. ah

Well, AFAIK with the new drivers there are two ways to setup two (multiple ?) displays: via nVidia nView display mode, I guess that is what you did. In this case the nVidia driver doesn't tell XP that it has two displays active, it just reports the larger resolution. So, XP still sees one...
