I will be buying a Asustek S478 Intel 845PE ATX A L R with a P4 2.66 512KB
S478 processor, and having looked at all the Atx cases on Dabs, they range
from 180 watt to 400 watt, some are even marked as 12 volt, soory if this

It's definitely a palmino :-( So I guess a physically unlocking the cpu is
the only way? I'll try to change the multiplier (underclock first) and see
if it'll change.

I just put together an old AMD Athlon 1 Gig chip with a stick of 256DDR ram,
an old WDC HDD, a new case, and a new Gigabyte GA-7VKMP mobo.
After about an hour's worth of computing, (installing win2K, service packs,
browsing, etc) I was setting up a Win2K/RH7.1 dualboot, when I restarted...
