Hello,
my HD is crashed. I think, but not sure, the interface is dead!
How to be sure the interface is the probleme, or the motor...?
If I buy the same HD and replace interface, that's OK to recorver my
datas?

harddrive back-up? are DVDs more reliable than CD-Rs and CD-RWs?
I am having a hard time filling up a 700mb CD-R as it is and
cant imagine burning an entire DVD full of anything. is it possible to
copy DVD movies as it was with VHS tapes? ...

I have and older seagate hd. It has some bad sectors. I fdisked it into four sections. A primary partition (drive d:) and three more
logical drives in the extended partition. The problem is that some came out fat32 and others fat16. How can I make them all fat32?
