A quick poll about warranties by
Dr Teeth
Bought an MSoft mouse from Amazon.co.uk with 5 year warranty. Right
button on the fritz after nearly three years.
Amazon says I have to contact MSoft, on reflection, I feel that Amazon
(as the retailer) should deal with it. As warranty is 1 year, I don't
know if the law treats warranties over any...

hi, fell for the marketing trick and purchased a PC from Comet.
Once home and fired up it clearly had a hardware fault. I might have been in
the industry years but that counts for nothing, they have to have one of
their 16 year old know it alls look at it, who of course does not work...

Parcelfarce Euro 48 possible theft by

Ordered a 30" LCD Widescreen TV from dabs.com on 25th March 2006 it was
collected by Parcelfarce on 28th March 2006 under their Euro 48 service.
Tracked through Preston to the National Hub where it was "sorted" at 19:15

Aria avoid issuing RMA for certain line items... by

Digimate TFT just went on the blink. Went to do an RMA, clicked on the
Order and the page listed all the items with checkbox'es so I could select
which ones to RMA... but ...
The Digimate monitor did not have a check box, but text indicating I
