Brightstor / Arcserve copy/mirror operation by
Peter Zinckgraf
Hi there,
I've been struggling for ages getting copy/mirror jobs done correctly.
We used to have ArcserverIT 6.6.1 Adv. on WinNT and Arcserve2000 on
WinNT. Both versions just did not delete any files from the mirrored
directories, leading to constantly growing mirror targets holding
thousands and...

Is anybody familiar with the Hitachi Storage Navigator tool?
We are in the process of building a large number of SAN connected
servers. Currently we collect the WWN numbers from servers using a
script and then make a printout from which a SAN person enters the WWN
numbers manually and assigns...

Availability of replacement DLT7000 leader tapes by
Carl Farrington
Can anyone please advise me on the availability of replacement leader tapes
for Quantum DLT7000 drives?
Jsut bought a unit off eBay and it has no leader tape, as well as a broken
warranty seal. Surely not a good sign.
cheers,
Carl

Has anyone managed to disable the hardware compression
on the Exabyte VXA-2 tape drive ? I just maxed out the
tape at 116 GB. I suspect that I might get better compression
from my Backup Exec software.
Thanks,
Lynn McGuire

Seem's like a straightforward request "How to map the logical -

information. I have tried fcinfo,...
