Can't open mouse! ;-) by Champagne Charlie
I have a dirty mouse and need to clean it as the wheel is sticking. Problem is that I can't even open it! It's a PS2 mouse, which I believe it's actually called a 'Microsoft Intellimouse', with 2 buttons and a wheel. I tried to undo the 'catches' at the sides...'that part seemed successful,...

Can't install firewire by Champagne Charlie
I just connected a firewire card to a PCI slot in my PC, but I can't seem to get the machine to find a driver for it when requested. I have my Win XP Pro CD in the drive, but Windows says it can't find a suitable driver for it. What do I do next? Geo.
