audio CD Playback problem by rello

Can't erase partially written CD-RW by Mike
I had a power failure while writing a CD-RW and I cant erase what was written. When I insert the disc the drive locks up and XP locks up. Is there a way to erase this thing? I tried Safe Mode and it didnt work

Devices - Easy Cd Creator 5 by AAH
In the registry under Adaptec Devices, there are 800 Cd/DVD drives listed in addition to mine 2 drives. Is it necessary to keep thes all as at present or safe to delete makes/models other than mine? Thanks for any advice
