i can get this burner for cheap but is it any good? does it do raw, no buffer underruns etc? how much does it overburn? searched for ages on google and cdr sites off the top of head but this burner is not listed thanks for any info

Does a cdr have an area which states true or false whether the disc is blank? Or how exactly is the cdr determined as blank? The drive can't search the whole disc for a TOC.
