Dabs by
Martin Mander
I'm having major problems with wrongly delivered items from dabs.
Does Dave still post here (he did a couple of years a go)?
Anyone got a phone number for them?

available.

Vendor suggestion for wi-fi? by
al
Been having a look round for a wi-fi PCMCIA card. Cisco's Aironet's seem to
be quite a bit more expensive (nothing new there then!), but as far as I can
see Prism2 based cards are the only other sensible option for compatibility
with many wireless apps. Most of the brands I've found with Prism2...

Best vendor for Athlon 64 3400+ desktop PC?! by
davout
Anybody like to offer some comments on the best value machine available that
include a Athlon 64 3400+, with 1GB RAM and a 17" or 19" TFT screen?
I've been looking at Evesham, Mesh and The Computer Shop. The latter offers
a Platina machine about 300 quid less than the other two.

info-tech systems by
jefft
I'm obviously too late to warn off a group member who queried the
performance of infotech shop / info-tech systems in September but it is
worth having a note in the archive.
I purchased some relatively inexpensive items from them totalling only
£25. When a component (a transformer) failed within a...

cancelled the order and phoned gladiator. What service and...

Evesham Decimator 78 oddness by
[email protected]
Hi folks,
Can anyone provide any comments or information about the Evesham
Decimator 78?
Compared to a Scan SLi non-Spray Cobra configured to the same spec, it
comes out at just a bit more expensive with 2 graphics cards than the
Scan one is with just 1!
I presume there's a catch here somewhere...
