So 32 bit os,s can read a maximum of 3.3 gb,s of ram even if bios recognizes 4 gb,s and 64 bit os,s can support up to 16 gigs of ram , so lets say i was to install a 64 bit os on my hdd and i only have 3 gigs of ram , is that okay ? or is it better to keep my current 32 bit win7
